Most questions are answered fastest by the app itself — ask your agent, or read its decision log. For everything else:

Common fixes

• Sign-in code never arrives: check spam for mail from noreply@auth.harborbots.com; wait 60 s before requesting another.
• Sign-in link did nothing: type the 6-digit code from the same email into the app instead — the link only works on the device that requested it.
• Agent won't trade live: it must be armed for live trading and within its guardrails; the decision log says exactly which rule stopped it.
