What HarborBots is
HarborBots is software you operate. You create agents, give them instructions and guardrails, and decide whether each one trades on paper or with real money. HarborBots does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or recommendations, and makes no promise of profit.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for every agent you create, every guardrail you set, and every agent you arm for live trading.
- Trading involves risk, including the loss of your principal. Automated strategies can lose money quickly and in ways you did not anticipate.
- You must comply with your broker's terms and applicable law. HarborBots is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc.
The software
HarborBots is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms (see the repository). We may change or discontinue cloud features; local agents keep working regardless.
Subscriptions
Paid plans add cloud agents and the included model, metered as monthly credits. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use HarborBots to violate market rules, attack third parties, or circumvent the guardrails and rate limits that protect other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarborBots and its contributors are not liable for trading losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
